Dr. Uchenna Ezeaputa is a resident physician in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital in Benin City, Edo State.
She earned her MB.BS degree from the University of Benin in 2012. After completing her internship and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, she dedicated three years of service as a medical officer in the Geriatrics unit. During this time, she received certification through the inaugural International Training of Trainers in Geriatrics program. She is also an Associate Fellow of The National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria.
Dr. Ezeaputa was an integral team member in the innovative Elder Friendly Hospitals Initiative (ELDFRHI), a national program aimed at enhancing healthcare access and quality for older individuals. Her commitment to providing quality care and her training in geriatrics make her a valuable asset to the field of medicine.
