This is to bring to the notice of the general public that the above named 22years old patient whose picture is attached has been abandoned at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, Benin City, Edo State.
Mr. Samuel Abel who is an indigene of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State was admitted into ward C1 on 17th June, 2023 and was discharged on 11th July, 2023 but the patient, Mr Samuel Abel, is still in the ward till date.
All efforts explored by our Medical Social Services personnel to encourage patient’s family members to come for him proved abortive.
We therefore use this medium to call on members of the public to help reach/contact his family members to come for him.
