INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST DRUG ABUSE AND ILLICIT TRAFFICKING

2023 Theme: “ People First: Stop Stigma and Discrimination, Strengthen Prevention.”
As a leading healthcare institution, we recognize that drug abuse and illicit trafficking have far-reaching consequences on individuals, families, and communities.

Therefore, our focus lies not only on treatment and rehabilitation but also on robust prevention strategies. We firmly believe that by addressing the root causes of drug abuse and supporting those affected, we can create a healthier, safer, and more inclusive society.
This International Day, we stand united against stigma, aiming to reshape public perception and foster a compassionate environment that encourages individuals to seek help without fear of judgment.
We believe in treating addiction as a health issue rather than a moral failing, and through education and awareness campaigns, we strive to empower individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
Together, we can build a future where no one is left behind, and the health and well-being of our society come first!
