This year’s World Antimicrobial Awareness Week 2023 carries the theme “Preventing antimicrobial resistance together”. We recognize the importance of collaboration across sectors to safeguard the effectiveness of antimicrobials.
To tackle AMR effectively, it is crucial for all sectors to use antimicrobials wisely, adopt preventive measures to reduce infections, and responsibly dispose of antimicrobial-contaminated waste.
