Mrs. Uayemen Ehi ‘Enaboifo, a retired nurse, embarked on her nursing career in 1975 at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) and pursued further education, in midwifery, peadiatric nursing, health administration, and a B.Sc. in Health Education.
For 29 years, Mrs. Enaboifo made significant contributions to UBTH’s pediatric department, rising through the ranks and exemplifying consistent dedication to patient care. Her career extended to the Consultant Out-Patient Department (COPD) and the Medical Unit of UBTH. She actively engaged in seminars, workshops, and committees, earning recognition for her long and meritorious service and excellence in pediatric nursing.
Outside her profession, Mrs. Enaboifo’s community service extends to caring for the vulnerable especially children and the elderly, attesting to her enduring commitment to those she serves.
