In commemoration of University of Benin Teaching Hospital’s 50th anniversary, our team recently held a community basic life support training event for a diverse group of attendees, including members of the police, armed forces, road drivers, market men and women, serving corps members and the community at large.
The event was a great success and we were thrilled to see so many members of the community come out to learn these important skills.
The benefits of CPR and basic life support training are vast, both for individuals and for the community at large. By learning CPR, individuals can feel more prepared and confident in their ability to help in an emergency situation.
