Wash your hands frequently with with any type of soap for at least for 20 seconds, or used an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Cough or sneeze into tissue or bent elbow. Discard the tissue. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth & nose.
Avoid handshakes. Use other methods of greeting, such as verbal greeting, waving and other body movements.
If you don’t have to go out, stay at home. Allow good airflow in and out of where you are – house or vehicle.
Avoid crowded places or close contact with anyone that has cough. Allow at least 2 meters (about 6 feet) between you and the nearest person to you in public places.
Wear a face mask if you are sick and somebody is with you, or if you are looking after a sick person.
If you are sick, especially with a fever or cough, go to the hospital. Then, stay at home if you are not admitted.
