An unknown male patient was on the 17th July, 2022 brought to the Emergency Room of University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) by a kind hearted Nigerian who was on his way to work and found him lying unconscious on the floor, at the front of CACGM, Isihor, Benin City.
The patient who has not fully regained consciousness is between the ages of 25-30 years. Communicating with him to get to his family has not been possible due to the state of his health.
